Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern purchases made on our Auto-Refill program and form part of our Terms of Service.
1. What Auto-Refill Is
Auto-Refill is a recurring purchase. When you select Auto-Refill at checkout, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method automatically for each shipment, at the then current Auto-Refill price, until you cancel.
2. Price, Interval, and Shipping
- Auto-Refill price: $[XX.XX] per shipment
- Renewal interval: every [XX] days
- Shipping: free on every Auto-Refill shipment
Applicable sales tax is added at the time of each charge based on your shipping address.
3. Renewal and Billing
Your first charge occurs when you place the order. Each subsequent charge occurs on the renewal date, at the interval shown above and in your account. If a charge is declined, we may retry it over the following several days. If it continues to decline, we may pause or cancel your subscription.
4. Renewal Notices
We will send you a reminder by email before each renewal charge, to the email address associated with your subscription. Keep that address current so you receive these notices.
5. How to Cancel, Skip, or Change
You control your own subscription. You may cancel, skip a shipment, change the interval, change the shipping address, or update your payment method at any time from your account, using the "Manage Auto-Refill" link in the footer of the Site. You may also email support@betterdogshop.com and we will make the change for you.
Easy-Cancel Protection: we will never require you to call, chat, or negotiate in order to cancel. Cancellation is available in your account, without conditions.
6. Timing of Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect immediately for all future shipments. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancel before the renewal date shown in your account. If a shipment has already been processed when you cancel, that shipment will be sent and is covered by the sixty day guarantee in our Refund and Returns Policy.
7. Price Changes
We may change the Auto-Refill price. We will give you notice by email before any price change takes effect, and you may cancel before that date if you do not wish to continue.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Subscription Terms by posting an updated version to the Site. Changes apply to renewal charges occurring after the revision date.
