These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of roamrepel.com and your purchase of products from RoamRepel LLC ("Roam," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract.

Products, pricing & availability

We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. We may correct errors, change prices, and limit or discontinue products at any time without liability. Colors and images may vary from the actual product.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel orders (including after confirmation) for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount charged.

Payment

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping & risk of loss

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Product use & important disclaimers

Roam Repel is a chemical-free electronic device designed to repel ticks. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is not guaranteed to prevent tick bites or any tick-borne illness, and it is not a substitute for standard precautions such as protective clothing, appropriate repellents where needed, and routine tick checks. Always read and follow all product instructions. Keep small parts away from young children.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, photography, and the names "Roam" and "Roam Repel" — are owned by or licensed to RoamRepel LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

User conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, infringe others' rights, submit unlawful or infringing content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Site's operation.

Reviews & submissions

If you submit reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our business. You represent the content is truthful and yours to share.

Disclaimer of warranties

EXCEPT FOR ANY LIMITED WARRANTY EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN WRITING, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROAMREPEL LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoamRepel LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which RoamRepel LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you and we waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, except where prohibited by law. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
