30-day money-back guarantee
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
Condition
Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible, with all included accessories (carabiner, lanyard, cable, and manual). We may reduce a refund for items returned damaged or missing parts due to handling beyond normal inspection.
How to start a return
Email support@roamrepel.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back before receiving instructions.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item is defective or we sent the wrong item — in those cases we cover return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
Need a different item? Start a return for a refund and place a new order, or email us and we'll help.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and final-sale items (if any) are not returnable.
